Shifts
A cash drawer per shift… no room for unexplained shortages
Opening a shift creates a temporary drawer in the cashier's name and shift number. All the shift's cash goes into it; at close the cashier counts the drawer, any shortage or overage shows at once, and all the cash is handed over automatically to the receiving treasury.

FAQ
Everything you want to know before starting
Is the program available in English?
Yes. From version 1.1 you choose the program's language (Arabic or English) per PC in Settings or on the sign-in screen, and you choose the language of the printed invoice and the shift-closing report separately from the program's language.
What happens if the server PC stops while selling?
A connection notice appears and the cashier keeps making cash sales from the copy of items and prices saved on their PC, even after restarting the program. When the connection returns the invoices are posted to the server automatically, exactly once, and any doubtful invoice is shown to the manager for review.
Does it work without internet?
Yes, completely. Sales, stock, accounts and reports all run on the shop's local network. The internet is only used for updates, optional cloud sync and WhatsApp messages. Even if the server PC itself stops, the cashier keeps selling from their PC and the invoices are posted automatically when the connection returns.
How many cashier PCs can I run?
One server PC and any number of cashier PCs on the same network. Each cashier has their own shift and drawer, and all PCs see the same items and balances live. Each PC is activated with its own license.
Is my data safe?
Your data stays on your own PC in a SQL Server database. The program takes a backup automatically at every sign-out into the folder you choose, you can restore with one click, and there's optional sync to a cloud copy.
I have items and customers in Excel — do I start from zero?
No. You can import items (with categories, units, prices and barcodes), customers and suppliers straight from an Excel file, with a ready template you download from inside the program.
How do I activate after the trial?
The «Activation» screen shows your PC code — send it with the WhatsApp button, then paste the license key you receive and press «Activate». Your trial data stays as it is. With yearly licenses the program reminds you to renew 30 days ahead.
How do updates reach me?
The update address is stored inside your license, so there's nothing to set up. With automatic updates the program downloads a new version in the background and installs it when you close it, or you install it right away from «Update available». Updates are digitally signed, so nobody can push a fake version.
Does it suit my business?
It's built mainly for supermarkets, groceries and hypermarkets, and suits clothing and accessories shops (colours and sizes), bookshops, retail pharmacies, sweets and bakery shops (manufacturing module), and spice shops (scale barcodes).

Yes — direct contact with the developer on WhatsApp for installation, training and questions, and a full user guide inside the program itself.
